The FAMAS ( Fusil d'Assaut de la Manufacture nationale d'armes de St-Etienne ) is a bullpup rifle and was for many years the ordnance weapon of various branches of the French Army. It was only in 2017 that it was replaced by the HK 416 after decades of service. Nevertheless, this exceptional weapon is still in service with the French. Reservists and various units worldwide, such as the Foreign Legion, in use.

The weapon is a recoil loader with delayed ground lock and offers many advantages in its design. The weapon is especially known for its high cadence and the 3-round burst mode as well as the eye-catching carrying handle, which protects the sighting units. Thus, like the original, this model is manufactured not only with a front and rear sight, but also with the night sight in the middle of the carrying handle, which is hinged and adjustable.

All parts of the FAMAS GGB were manufactured as close to the original as possible. The gun can - like its prototype - be completely disassembled without tools and thus be serviced. A special feature here is that the weapon has been approved by the PTP in 3 Joule stages (1.0 / 1.6 / 2.4 J). The Nozzle can be changed without much effort, easily and quickly.

Inside, the trigger unit, safety, trigger linkage was completely modeled after the real thing and the bolt has also received a breech face, which is realistically close to the original. The barrel was also designed to be free-float like the real gun.

The hop-up has markings and is easily adjustable from the outside without tools. A coated 6.03 inner barrel was chosen for the barrel, which, unlike other models, makes the purchase of tuning barrels unnecessary. The oil bottle can be stored in the grip for maintenance and safely secured against loss with a snap lock. Similar to the real FAMAS, the bipod has a snap-in function and thus sits bombproof when folded and unfolded! The grenade sights, the adjustment ring on the outer barrel and the charging handle are also fully functional and 100% true to detail.

The body is made of fiber reinforced polymer. The lower and upper receiver are coated to look and feel like the real FAMAS. Of course, the protective flap of the cartridge ejection window can also be mounted on both sides, making the weapon perfectly suitable for right- and left-handed shooters.

Technically, the gun, as well as real, has no boltcatch and strikes dry after the last BB from the magazine. A new system was developed here, which is very gentle on the material compared to the firing pin.

The magazine holds 25 BBs true to the original and is made of metal.

Thanks to Cybergun license, the weapon comes with original markings and an individual serial number and is therefore also for collectors, a real must-have.
