High quality replica of the H&K HK45CT manufactured by VFC! The real prototype of the H&K HK45 was developed as part of the US Joint Combat Pistol program back in the 90s. The HK45 is a further development of the USP series. The same improvements (e.g. an ergonomic grip and improved controls) were also applied to a 9x19mm variant. This is now known as the P30, which is used by many state police units, the German Federal Police, and in some cases the German Armed Forces. The HK45CT presented here is a replica of the Compact Tactical variant, which has a shorter bolt, a more compact grip, and a barrel thread for a silencer. The replica from VFC has all the original markings and inscriptions due to the H&K license, which makes this pistol very interesting not only for gamers, but also for collectors.
Due to the metal slide and the grip made of high quality polymer plastic, the HK45 has a weight of stable 743 grams.
As with most H&K pistols, the magazine is released by a lever at the transition from the trigger guard to the grip, which is designed on both sides. As with the real gun, the safety lever and the bolt catch are also on both sides. This makes the HK45CT equally interesting for right- and left-handed shooters.
The magazine has a wide base plate that widens the grip slightly to make the HK45CT usable for larger hands.
Like the original, the replica also has the characteristic feed-through grooves on the front and rear breech. The extended outer barrel for mounting a silencer is also present here.
