The KJW M9 Heavy Weight is very popular among softair players thanks to its robust construction. The weapon can be easily disassembled for maintenance and is mostly made of metal. Due to the double-sided safety lever, the M9 is ideally suited for right - and left-handed shooters. The gun offered here comes with gas magazine, illustrated manual, quick loading device and allen keys in a fancy package. The grip plates are shaped in a Beretta-typical way and give the shooter a safe handling of the weapon. The real prototype replaced the classic Colt 1911 as the standard pistol in the US Army in 1985. The M9 is with its approx. 900 g only slightly lighter than the real model and has a crisp BlowBack.
The gun has a single and double - action trigger, an adjustable hop-up and of course a reliable slide catch. The trigger is pre-cocked when the hammer is cocked and like the original has hardly any resistance at the pressure point.

Softair weapons with an energy over 0.5 joules are subject to the Weapons Act and must have an 'F' marking in the pentagon. The acquisition, possession and transport of the weapons is allowed to adults without a firearms license. However, they are subject to the ban on carrying (§42 a WaffG).
