The Brazilian company Taurus was strongly influenced by the business relations with Smith & Wesson and Beretta. This is particularly evident in the case of the PT92 model made by Beretta. Beretta had Taurus produce the PT92 for the Brazilian military.

This high quality < 0.5 joules version is from KWC's H.P.A. (Heavy Powerful Accurate) series.
The new model features a metal slide, a Precision Inner Barrel, and the PNP system. With the PNP system, an improved piston provides even more consistent energy. This makes this pistol a perfect companion for any ambitious softair player. The integrated BAX system additionally improves the hit pattern.

The purchase and possession of softair weapons with a bullet energy below 0.5 joules is not permitted from the age of 14. However, they are subject to the ban on carrying (§42 a WaffG).
