- Brustumfang: Messen Sie Ihren Brustumfang, gemessen auf Höhe der Brustwarzen bzw. an der stärksten Stelle des Brustkorbs.
- Armlänge: Lassen Sie Ihren Arm locker hängen und messen Sie vom Schultergelenk bis hin zum Handgelenk.
- Bundumfang: Messen Sie Ihren Bundumfang 2cm unterhalb des Bauchnabels.
- Beininnenlänge: In stehender Position messen Sie vom Schritt bis zum Fußknöchel.
